Our brand new remodel has been described as “Cape Cod meets Carlsbad Beach ". This unit has something for every vacation-day mood: swim, sunbathe, jog, read, explore Carlsbad Village, walk the seawall, or people-watch on our beautiful beach.
For those who want to explore a little farther, San Diego hosts some terrific one day outings including the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, the Gas Lamp District, and many more fun destinations.

Come stay at our beach-close, one bedroom condo, in the beautiful Downtown Village area of Carlsbad--just steps to famous Carlsbad State Beach!
The condo has all the touches of Cape Cod, is light and bright and is on the ground floor for easy access. It has a roomy bedroom with a new incredibly comfortable king size bed, full bath and generous closet/storage area. The dining room seats four.
There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room, close laundry facilities, well-equipped kitchen, high speed internet, color TV with digital cable, DVD, and a CD player. Bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella are provided. There are maps, guide books, and a “local” dining guide, compiled by the owners.
Outdoors you will find beautiful common grounds that feature an outdoor shower and a gas grill for your use. Numerous restaurants and nightly entertainment spots are all within walking distance. San Diego’s best golf courses are a short distance and there are many options for tennis and most all outdoor sporting activities.
